  Fate

by
John Di Rosa

I’m in I’m in
the dead man said again
petrified, yet still aware
Stop pushing me ghost
the ground is my host
along with the silk lined casket
I do not belong
I’ve done here no wrong
yet I willingly accept my fare.
If I must do it over
do me one favour
and tell me who is my master.
